Who you are The Senior Manager, Marketplace will help scale the Metropolis Marketplace, our central inventory system and e-commerce platform that dynamically distributes aggregated first- and third-party supply across consumer and enterprise demand channels. The Marketplace team is a foundational component of our Growth organization and a focal point of strategic partnerships for the company. We are seeking a commercially-focused operator with a strong combination of partnership, analytical, and execution skills. As Senior Manager, you will own account management for an existing portfolio of B2C partnerships, driving significant financial return for the company. You will also aid in developing new partnerships end-to-end – from sourcing and deal structuring through integration project management and post-launch optimization. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Strategy to both extract additional value from existing partnerships and accelerate new deal flow. What you'll do Own account management for existing Marketplace partnerships driving incremental growth through dedicated relationship management and optimization Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy to execute against the Marketplace roadmap Identify, qualify, and advance new partnership opportunities across third-party B2C channels, consumer ads, and membership benefits to expand the Marketplace pipeline Develop performance reporting and analytics for assigned partnerships, using a data-driven approach to identify growth optimization opportunities and inform commercial strategy Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes What we're looking for 5+ years of relevant experience at a fast-paced company Demonstrated success managing commercial partnerships, including account management and end-to-end deal execution Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner While not required, these are a plus: Experience in two-sided marketplaces, AI technology, mobility, real estate, or related fields 4 Days in Office: Metropolis values in-person collaboration to drive innovation, strengthen culture, and enhance the Member experience.
