About the role: We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and gritty Product Lead to join our growing Product team. At Collective we are building first-of-its-kind, category-defining AI-enabled financial back-office to help millions of solopreneurs to start and run their businesses more effectively. We are looking for a Product Lead to drive Growth at Collective. As the Growth Product Lead, you will set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across key growth surfaces. You’ll lead work across onboarding, activation, conversion, referral, and sales-assisted product experiences, helping define how product drives scalable revenue over time. You’ll bring structured thinking to ambiguous problems, use strong product judgment and analytical rigor to make decisions, and work hands-on with cross-functional partners to turn ideas into high-quality execution quickly. What you'll do: - Own the product area vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes for Growth & Monetization - Own the strategy and execution of member value realization, helping members clearly understand and quantify the financial outcomes Collective delivers to drive activation, retention, referrals, and revenue growth. - Grow Collective’s customer base through innovative product-led growth experiences (e.g. referrals, multi-user product experiences, community features and more) - Work closely with VP of Sales & Marketing to run sales/ funnel optimization experiments - Lead and inspire an XFN team to ship innovative experiences - Deeply understand business and product performance to ensure the team is focused on the highest leverage opportunities that balance long term growth with immediate business needs - Manage the roadmap and team processes to enhance quality and velocity of execution, make tradeoff decisions between business priorities and available resources - Drive effective partnership both cross-functionally, across product teams, and external partners to ensure the team is effectively strong business outcomes - Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team; deeply understand the core drivers and monitor progress What you'll bring: - 6-8+ years of product management. You have a deep understanding of the product craft throughout the entire product lifecycle - delivering successful & innovative products - Growth product expertise. You deeply understand Growth products, incl. how to build seamless experiences to drive conversion, re-imagining referral programs, and building features throughout the product lifecycle to drive customer-led growth. You understand deeply how to enable our customers to become net promoters & referrers of the product, and how to incentivize them to keep driving growth. - Fluency with experimentation and data. You are very comfortable defining experiments e.g A/B tests, fake door tests, and more. You know how to leverage data to make product decisions rapidly & insightfully. - An “owner” / “driver” mindset. You are biased toward action and get stuff done.
