Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. ABOUT THE JOB Anduril's Strategic Security Services team is looking for an emerging leader to join its inaugural Emerging Talent Rotational Program in Costa Mesa, CA. In this role, you'll develop deep expertise across the four pillars of Strategic Security Services, gaining hands-on experience in the disciplines that protect our people, enable our mission, and keep Anduril operating at the edge of what's possible. We're looking for someone who brings sharp instincts, a genuine hunger to learn, and the ability to grow fast in a high-tempo environment. If you're a recent grad who thrives on ambiguity, earns trust quickly, and wants to make a real impact from day one, this program is built for you. You'll learn to translate threat data into clear, actionable guidance for travelers and stakeholders. Global Security Operations Center (GSOC): Contribute to 24/7 monitoring operations and incident response protocols. You'll develop real-time situational awareness skills and learn how to triage, escalate, and communicate during critical incidents. Threat Intelligence: Support the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence to internal stakeholders. You'll develop your analytical tradecraft and learn how to connect disparate signals into coherent assessments that drive decision-making. Protective Intelligence: Support proactive efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate threats to Anduril personnel and assets. You'll learn how to apply structured analytical methodologies to threat cases and contribute to protective operations. Beyond your rotations, you'll: Translate complex security data, risk assessments, and incident reporting into crisp executive briefings, dashboards, and written summaries, developing a strong "so what" voice for both security and non-security audiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Legal, People Operations, IT, and other teams, building an understanding of how Strategic Security Services operates as a force multiplier across the business. Access structured mentorship from Strategic Security Services leaders, including regular 1:1s and dedicated skill-building focused on intelligence analysis, risk frameworks, and operational security fundamentals. Graduate from the 12-month program ready to step into a full-time role on one of the four teams, with the context, relationships, and credibility to contribute from day one and eventually mentor the next cohort. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or demonstrated strong coursework and interest in corporate security or intelligence.
