Capitolis is looking for a Manager, Global Rewards to join our rapidly growing team to design and manage benefits, compensation, policies, and programs to engage and motivate world class talent. This is a unique opportunity and point in time to set up the future infrastructure for how Capitolis attracts, retains, and supports employees. The Manager, Rewards will utilize their depth of knowledge and experience to define and shape our competitive global cash and equity programs as well as benefits from strategy through implementation. They will report to the Chief People and Culture Officer and be a leader within our Global People and Culture team, located at our global HQ near Bryant Park in New York City. This opportunity provides a path to learn new areas, add immediate value, and grow into more senior roles over time. This role is 5-days a week in - office. Responsibilities Partner with managers and HR Business Partners on compensation framework, programs, and decisions Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual performance review cycles, ensuring pay decisions are data-driven, aligned with market trends and our compensation philosophy Build and maintain analytical models and spreadsheets to surface insights that inform rewards strategy and executive decision-making Translate data and analysis into clear recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders Manage day-to-day benefits administration - serving as a knowledgeable resource for employees on how benefit programs work and connecting them to the right plans, vendors, and processes Educate new hires on benefit programs/processes and compensation philosophy Administer global benefits through PEO (US) and brokers (UK, IL), in line with laws and regulations Maintain the HRIS system, including pulling reports, conducting data analysis, and ensuring data accuracy across all HR systems Requirements 7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with compensation consulting/analytics Knowledge of global compensation practices (base salary, variable incentives, equity grants and refresh strategy, sales incentive plans) Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency - able to build sophisticated spreadsheets, analyze complex data sets, a
