Join us as we build the future of AI in healthcare! ----------------------------------------------------- ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner who lives and breathes physician hiring. You know the difference between a great clinician and a good one, and you care deeply about getting that call right. You bring that same rigor to every search: the credentialing complexity, the licensure nuances, the scheduling realities, because you understand that clinical hiring is different from everything else. This is a role for someone who moves fast and holds a high bar at the same time. You've built pipelines, closed hard searches, and pushed back on mediocre hires. You believe talent density is a strategy, and you want to be somewhere the stakes are real. You're genuinely excited by what Counsel is building at the intersection of AI and healthcare. That excitement makes you a better partner to clinical leadership, a better evaluator of candidates, and more invested in getting every hire right. This role is Boston-based. We're committed to building a Boston office, and we want someone who wants to be part of that from the start. What you'll work on - Own full-cycle physician hiring, from first sourcing touch to signed offer and credentialing hand-off - Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical leadership to define what great looks like for each role and make fast, high-conviction decisions - Design and run sourcing campaigns that go beyond the standard playbook. You find physicians others miss and know how to get their attention - Serve as a trusted advisor to the team, sharing market intel, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring no one is ever surprised by where a candidate stands - Champion a high bar for clinical talent in every search, every conversation, every offer Requirements - 5+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience, with the majority focused on physicians (MDs and DOs) - Deep fluency in what makes a great clinician: you evaluate candidates on clinical judgment, digital-first mindset, and culture, not just credentials. You assess doctors, not just process them - Telehealth or digital health background: you've recruited in a high-growth virtual care or health-tech environment and understand the landscape - Strong command of Ashby ATS, with a real focus on data integrity and analytics - A track record of closing senior and niche clinical roles through outbound sourcing, not just inbound - The kind of relationship with clinical leadership where they actually want your opinion, not just your pipeline update - A genuine obsession with talent density and quality: you've raised bars, pushed back on mediocre hires, and built teams that made a real difference You're a great fit if - You have a deep physician network within digital health or telehealth - You're based in the Boston area and genuinely excited to work from an office as we build that presence - You're deeply interested in AI and where it's going in health
