The Role At Cresta, we believe the workplace experience is a critical driver of culture, collaboration, and business performance. As our Workplace Experience Manager , you will lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of our global workplace facilities footprint, ensuring our offices and employee experience programs scale alongside the company. This role sits at the intersection of workplace strategy, employee experience, real estate, operations, and culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive workplace experience vision that supports how Crestans work, connect, and thrive across our global offices. From shaping our long-term workplace strategy and leading office expansions to overseeing employee experience initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, you will play a critical role in how employees experience Cresta. You will balance strategic planning with operational excellence, translating business needs into exceptional workplace experiences that strengthen culture and enable high performance. We are looking for someone who combines strong business judgment with a service-oriented mindset. Reporting to the Head of People, you will serve as a key partner in shaping the future of work at Cresta and creating environments where employees can do their best work. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Oversee the operations of all global Cresta offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality workplace experience while balancing local needs and regional nuances. Real Estate Strategy: Lead lease renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions in partnership with Finance and Legal, ensuring our workplace footprint supports business growth. Workplace Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns physical spaces, employee experience programs, and business needs as the company scales. Lead office build-outs, renovations, and improvement projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Property Management: Build strong partnerships with property managers, landlords, and service providers to ensure our offices operate efficiently and effectively. Workplace Safety & Compliance: Own Cresta's global workplace safety strategy, including emergency preparedness, site-specific safety programs, and regulatory compliance. Partner across the business to ensure workplace safety requirements, accommodations, accessibility considerations, and employee support needs are appropriately addressed across all office locations.
