About EliseAI At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be. By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone. - Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place. - Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork. With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round https://www.eliseai.com/blog/eliseai-raises-250m-series-e led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission. About The Role EliseAI is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to build the engine that powers our Sales team’s productivity and performance. This role will act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, shaping how our AEs and SDRs learn to sell, message, and win in the housing vertical. Key Responsibilities - Own the design and delivery of high-impact training programs for AEs and SDRs - covering sales methodology, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills tailored to the housing vertical. - Build and continuously improve a structured onboarding and ramp acceleration program that decreases seller ramp time and time to productivity. - Create a culture of continuous learning through recurring certification touchpoints and skill-building exercises tied to the housing vertical’s evolving landscape - Run regular live training sessions, workshops, and call reviews that sharpen rep skills and reinforce consistent sales motions across the team. - Coach reps on EliseAI’s sales methodology and ensure it’s consistently adopted in daily selling behaviors. - Monitor sales calls to assess quality, identify skill gaps, and deliver structured, actionable feedback to individual reps and Sales leadership. - Build and own EliseAI’s sales playbook library -- including segment-specific playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and deal stage frameworks -- keeping them current as our product AI platform and market evolves. - Collaborate with PMM and Sales leadership to develop and refine pitch decks, executive presentations, and customer-facing narratives that articulate EliseAI’s value in the housing industry. - Serve as the bridge between Sales and Marketing to align cadences in tools like Outreach with broader campaign objectives and event calendars. - Act as a feedback loop from the field — surfacing patterns in what’s resonating with buyers, what objections are emerging, and what gaps exist in our messaging or materials. - Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team Move at rocket speed, build something massive. We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard. Requirements - 3-5 years in GTM/Revenue enablement, GTM strategy, or a high-performing sales role, with direct exposure to building or executing enablement programs. - Proven track record designing and scaling enablement programs across large, multi-segment GTM organizations - Strong written communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear, actionable sales assets without losing nuance. - Experience with common sales methodologies including Command of the Message, Challenger, MEDDPICC, or equivalent.
