About the Role The Community Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in fostering connections and enhancing the overall resident experience within our residential communities. In addition to coordinating community events, this individual will be responsible for spearheading various special projects and community-driven initiatives. Flexibility to work across multiple locations, with a primary focus on Fort Lauderdale and Miami, is essential, with occasional travel required for corporate events.
