The Opportunity at Komodo Health The Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) team at Komodo Health partners with life sciences organizations to drive strategic value through data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. As the Senior Director, Analytics Services, you will play a pivotal leadership role — spanning pre-sales, managed services and analytics delivery — to ensure Komodo Health’s products, data, and platforms deliver sustained, measurable value for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of customer strategy and operational excellence. You will work with a diverse set of customers to scope, deliver, and grow Komodo’s analytics and managed services offerings in a way that is AI-forward, scalable, and deeply aligned to customer outcomes. Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished… Obtained an advanced understanding of Komodo’s healthcare map, its analytics and managed services offerings, and can confidently articulate the Komodo difference to customers and prospects. Operationalized and scaled an AI-enabled analytics services delivery model, establishing clear processes, performance metrics, and quality standards. Driven demonstrable improvements in customer usage, satisfaction, and retention across key accounts through proactive engagement and strategic advisory work. Contributed to revenue growth by supporting pre-sales conversations and identifying expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships. Built, mentored, and grew a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, AI fluency, and customer-centricity. These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for … Lead end-to-end analytics services delivery — overseeing successful execution of core offerings and AI-enabled solutions across a portfolio of strategic accounts. Serve as a senior pre-sales partner, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for Sales and Account Management teams during scoping, proposal development, and customer-facing consultative conversations. Own the managed services delivery model within ACE, establishing proactive engagement frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs that drive customer product adoption and long-term retention. Guide Account Management and Customer Success teams on account strategy, ensuring customers fully leverage Komodo’s analytics and managed services offerings to achieve their desired business outcomes. Champion the integration of AI tools and automation into workflows, identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer impact. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform new offerings and features, acting as an internal voice of the customer with deep industry context.
