Founding GTM & Branding Operator (all genders)

You’re not just building a website; you’re shaping how Lio is perceived by the world. As Founding GTM & Branding Operator, you will work at the intersection of Brand, Marketing, Product, and Growth to define how one of the fastest-growing AI companies communicates, looks, feels, and converts. You’ll work directly with our leadership team and help turn Lio into a category-defining company through exceptional storytelling, design, and execution. This is a role for someone with exceptional taste, strong business intuition, and a desire to build. Someone who understands that the best brands aren’t created through marketing campaigns — they’re built through consistency, narrative, and attention to detail. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will: - Own and evolve Lio’s brand, positioning, and visual presence - Drive the development of our website as a key growth and conversion channel - Translate complex AI topics into compelling stories and visuals - Create presentations, landing pages, campaigns, event materials, and other brand assets - Build scalable templates, guidelines, and systems that enable teams across Lio - Work closely with founders, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints - Support product launches, GTM initiatives, recruiting, and company-building efforts YOUR PROFILE You’re a good fit for this role if you: - Have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, brands, and styles - Bring exceptional taste and attention to detail - Can execute and elevate existing visions, not just your own ideas - Understand storytelling, positioning, and conversion—not just design - Are highly proactive, hands-on, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments - Are experienced with Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer - Admire brands like Stripe, Linear, OpenAI, Vercel, Ramp, or Clay WHY JOIN US?
