The People function is critical in driving that effort by executing Mixpanel's people initiatives, acting as strategic advisors to senior leadership, and providing superior internal support while driving HR operational excellence. About the Role This is a hybrid role based in London, supporting Mixpanel's EMEA business across our London, Barcelona, and Israel offices. Mixpanel's People Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining premier talent. As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and people managers as a consultative partner — providing strategic and tactical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle to support strong teams, a great employee experience, and business results. This role will report to the Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) People Business Partner and work as an embedded piece of the EMEA GTM organization, partnering with the leadership team and People functions to provide a best-in-class employee experience for all Mixpanelers. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR consultant with a broad understanding of all areas of HR and a strong foundation in employment practices across EMEA. You bring strong EQ, sound judgment, the ability to influence leaders, and the interpersonal savvy to navigate people situations with care and clarity in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Proactively coach and partner with people managers and leaders across EMEA to build, lead, and grow high-performing teams. Collaborate with other members of the People Team on the design and delivery of innovative people programs that elevate the employee experience and contribute to company-wide people initiatives. Work on all aspects of change management — from strategy and design to implementation and communications. Monitor and evaluate feedback channels and contribute to the design, development, and execution of initiatives to optimize the employee experience. Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a way that balances company, internal, and external stakeholder considerations. Maintain awareness of HR principles, practices, and regulatory environments across EMEA to effectively evaluate and recommend best practices in the application of HR systems and policies. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience consulting and coaching leaders and driving business results as a People Business Partner. Deep functional experience in two or more HR areas, such as talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, organizational development, or HR policy. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter approach; proficiency with G-Suite. Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to design clear processes and balance speed with quality. Strong commercial acumen and empathy, with the judgment to resolve people situations in a balanced and thoughtful way.
