Mold Maintenance – Composites Technician

POSITION SUMMARY: As a Mold Maintenance – Composites Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and readiness of composite molds used in the production of high-performance marine structures. You’ll ensure molds remain in top condition to support precise layups, infusions, and part releases. Your work will directly affect quality, production uptime, and repeatability.
