JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly capable Manager, Enterprise Technology – Technical Delivery to lead engineering teams responsible for building, integrating, and scaling enterprise platforms. This role will oversee delivery execution, technical quality, and architecture alignment across systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other enterprise tools. This position requires a balance of technical depth and leadership, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can drive execution, mentor engineers, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions. Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers. - Own delivery execution including timelines and quality. - Drive technical design and architecture alignment. - Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Oversee integrations and data flows across systems. - Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security. - Establish development standards and best practices. - Manage resource allocation and team performance. - Coordinate with vendors and external partners. - Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering or architecture. - Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, MuleSoft. - Proven experience managing engineering teams. - Experience with APIs and integrations. - Strong understanding of system design and scalability. - Experience in compliance-driven environments preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
