Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our tax function with a primary focus on income tax provision (ASC 740) and tax compliance. This role will play a key part in the quarterly and annual tax provision process, partnering closely with accounting, finance, and external advisors.The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation in ASC 740, progressive tax experience (ideally with Big 4 or large public accounting firms), and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is scoped as an Individual Contributor position focused on technical/functional ownership rather than personnel management.
