The Basics We are looking for a n AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of people, process , and technology — responsible for making AI accessible, practical, and impactful for every team in the company. This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA. What you'll do Develop and own the enterprise AI enablement strategy, including training programs, change management frameworks, and adoption roadmaps Design and deliver hands-on workshops, learning paths, and onboarding programs that upskill employees at all levels on AI tools and workflows Serve as the primary connector between technical AI teams and business units, translating capabilities into practical, day-to-day use cases Build and manage an internal AI community of practice to share learnings, best practices, and success stories Define and track adoption KPIs — measuring utilization , productivity impact, and ROI across AI initiatives Partner with HR, L&D, and Communications to embed AI fluency into the employee experience Develop governance guardrails and responsible AI usage guidelines for the broader workforce Stay current on emerging AI tools, trends, and vendors, and bring relevant insights back to the business We’re looking for someone with Education Bachelor's degree required ; advanced degree a plus Experience 8–12 years of experience in change management, enterprise transformation, learning & development, or technology adoption Proven track record of driving large-scale adoption programs in a matrixed organization Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and the ability to demo and teach them Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels Experience building training content, enablement programs, or internal communications campaigns Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible use frameworks, and data privacy principles About Tanium Tanium is the Autonomous IT company.
