About the role As the first Technical Sourcer at Vesta, you'll own finding and engaging the best talent on the market for our most critical technical roles. This is not a reactive role. It's a proactive one. You'll be expected to bring creative sourcing strategies, not just execute playbooks, and you'll help shape how Vesta recruits as we scale.
