THE OPPORTUNITY — SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER II, DATA & REPORTING Do you love tackling complex and technically challenging problems? Are you a self-starter who is energized by solving problems for the customer? Do you have an entrepreneurial calling to create new products, and have an unrelenting tenacity to get things done? Is who you work with as important to you as what you work on? Then this is the role for you. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager II to own the data foundation and customer-facing reporting that sit at the core of Wrapbook's product. This is one of the highest-leverage roles in our product organization: the work you do doesn't just ship one feature — it determines whether our AI bets are reliable, whether our enterprise customers can trust their financial reporting, and whether production finance teams have the visibility they need to close the books with confidence. In the near term, your most important problem is building a flexible, enterprise-grade reporting foundation — one that scales to episodic production volumes, covers the reports that production accountants and studio finance teams depend on across the full production lifecycle, and can grow as our product expands into new segments. You'll also own the data quality and pipeline strategy that powers Wrapbook's AI features and integrations. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems. You understand that clean, well-structured data isn't just a backend concern — it's the prerequisite for everything else Wrapbook wants to be. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the reporting roadmap. Define and drive the foundation for flexible, enterprise-grade reporting — identifying the full set of reports production companies and studios require, building the infrastructure to support them at scale, and ensuring every report is accurate, auditable, and fast. - Set the data quality and pipeline strategy. Own the roadmap for how Wrapbook's production, payroll, and accounting data is structured, validated, and made accessible. Ensure data quality standards are in place so that AI features, reporting, and integrations are working from a reliable source of truth. - Partner with AI-focused PMs to ensure the data substrate is clean and structured enough for AI bets to work reliably. You won't own the AI features — you'll own the foundation they depend on. - Define the path to scalable data infrastructure. Work with engineering to evaluate and implement the right data architecture (including Snowflake connectivity) to enable cross-production insights, flexible reporting, and long-term data access for customers and internal tools. - Design for diverse customer workflows. Production companies and studios have different reporting needs depending on production type, scale, and accounting structure. Ensure the reporting platform is designed to serve that range without fragmenti
