About Zipline Zipline is the world’s largest and most experienced drone delivery service. We are on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere. We design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably. Today, Zipline operates on four continents, makes a delivery somewhere in the world every 30 seconds, and has completed millions of deliveries to date, including blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products. Our customers include the world’s largest and most prominent healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants and global businesses who rely on us to save lives, reduce emissions, increase economic opportunity, and provide delivery from point A to point B as fast as possible. The drone is only 15% of what we’ve built to enable seamless, reliable, global operations. Our system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back. With more than 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown, Zipline is redefining access to healthcare, consumer products, and food across the globe. We operate at a global scale and are looking for practical problem solvers who thrive on real-world challenges and rapid growth. Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives and by scaling the future of logistics. We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds. About You & the Role Zipline is scaling fast, and speed only matters if the work actually moves. We are looking for an Operations Ghostbuster: a high-agency operator who finds the bottlenecks, ghosts of our past, present and future, slowing teams down, ships practical fixes, and turns recurring friction into systems that make the company faster. This is not a traditional PM or coordination role. You will work across teams, data, systems, and operating cadences to identify what is stuck, diagnose why, and drive the solution to completion. The right person thrives in ambiguity, values impact over perfect process, and builds enough structure to unlock velocity without creating bureaucracy. What You’ll Do You will identify and unblock the operational problems that slow execution: broken workflows, unclear ownership, manual handoffs, missing metrics, weak follow-through, and decisions that are stuck between teams. You will turn those problems into crisp workstreams with owners, timelines, operating mechanisms, and measurable outcomes. You will build scrappy tools, dashboards, automations, trackers, and workflows that solve the immediate problem and can scale over time. You will partner with Operations, Commercial, Data, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to improve speed, conversion, execution quality, and organizational clarity. You will own critical workflows end to end, iterate quickly based on results, and build trust through output rather than alignment meetings. Within your first month, you should be finding major friction points. Within three months, you should be shipping measurable improvements in workflow speed, decision quality, or operating performance. What You’ll Bring 6+ years of experience in operations, business operations, growth, GTM, strategic programs, product operations, revenue operations, logistics, marketplace operations, or another fast-moving execution environment. 2-4 years in a high-growth tech, SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or similarly fast-moving company where you shipped work that created tangible business impact. High agency and strong execution discipline; you move fast, act independently, and do not wait for perfect direction before making progress. Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to turn messy data into practical decisions, clear priorities, and measurable operating improvements. Systems and data fluency acros
