What we’re looking for We’re seeking a seasoned and technically sophisticated Director of Sales Engineering & Solution Design to join our commercial leadership team. As healthcare organizations accelerate their adoption of AI and data-driven approaches to care, the way they evaluate and adopt platforms like Zus is changing. This role sits at the intersection of technical strategy, customer partnership, and market shaping. You will define how prospects experience Zus - from first technical conversation through product deployment - and ensure every engagement demonstrates clear, measurable value. You’ll lead and grow a high-performing team of Sales Engineers while staying deeply hands-on in solution architecture, AI-augmented workflows, and complex pre-sales efforts. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define best practices, shape the product roadmap, and ensure Zus consistently delivers transformative outcomes for customers.
