ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff, QA to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our fast-evolving platform. You’ll play a critical role in testing and validating features across a live service environment where rapid iteration and continuous deployment are core to how we build. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is highly product-minded, and is excited about delivering seamless, high-quality experiences to creators and users in real time. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own and execute end-to-end testing strategies across mobile and web platforms. - Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. - Test rapidly evolving features in a live service environment with frequent deployments and iterations. - Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and product timelines in a fast-moving environment. - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation for new and existing features. - Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution. - Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks where applicable. - Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability and performance. - Advocate for the user experience by ensuring a high-quality, intuitive, and engaging product. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally in startup environments. - Experience supporting live service products with rapid release cycles and continuous deployment. - Proven ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and test under tight timelines. - Strong experience partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and collaborate on solutions. - Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android). - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting. - Familiarity with real-time, live-streaming, or gaming products. - Passion for interactive experiences, live streaming, gaming, and empowering creators.
