ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. - We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. - We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. - We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE As our Director of Workplace Technology, you will architect and operationalise the AI-enabled infrastructure that powers Legora’s global scale. You will design and build the systems, automations, and processes that ensure we operate with precision, speed, and minimal overhead - creating an operational foundation that is robust, auditable, and built to scale seamlessly. Your mandate is simple: Build the most automated, AI-powered, operationally excellent organisation - empower our staff to do more with less. You will partner across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Legal to translate organisational complexity into elegant, scalable architectures and ensure that meaningful leverage comes from technology not people. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will have direct ownership over how Legora operates and scales. The systems, automations, and processes you design will materially impact the business. In this role, you will operate as the end-to-end owner of our operational systems and AI-enabled workflows, responsible for: - Leading complex, cross-functional operational initiatives across IT, Revenue Operations, Product Operations, Finance, and People - Translating ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, implementation roadmaps, and measurable success metrics - Designing, implementing, and owning AI-enabled systems and automations that replace manual workflows - Building and maintaining the integrations that connect our operational stack end to end - Identifying bottlenecks and eliminating them through tooling, automation, and smarter system design - Establishing governance, documentation, and lifecycle standards to ensure durability and accountability - Creating visibility through dashboards and KPI frameworks that drive disciplined decision-making - Owning operational simplicity and leverage across the organisation You will define how a lean, AI-first company should operate - and ensure it actually happens. WHO YOU ARE You are an execution-focused systems builder with strong ownership and sound judgment. You don’t just improve processes - you take responsibility for making them work. You believe exceptional organisations stay lean by design - and you are ready to own the systems that make that possible. You bring: - 7–12+ years of experience in operations, systems management, solutions engineering, or process design in high-growth environments - A proven track record of implementing software, building integrations, and automating workflows end to end - Strong technical fluency and comfort designing scalable, event-driven architectures in the cloud - Experience aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders around outcom
