ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a GTM Systems Manager – Opportunity to Cash to own and scale our end-to-end Order-to-Cash systems. This role is responsible for ensuring our CRM, CLM, CPQ, and Billing systems operate as a single, coherent platform that supports fast deal execution, accurate billing, and clean revenue data. You’ll have direct ownership of Salesforce (CRM), CLM, and CPQ, and will work closely with Engineering to design and maintain the data architecture and integrations that power our billing systems. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who has stood up or significantly evolved CPQ and Billing workflows in a B2B SaaS environment and wants true ownership rather than a ticket-driven admin role. This role will be located in our NYC hub in Union Square and requires you to be onsite 5 days per week. WHAT YOU’LL DO CRM, CPQ & CLM OWNERSHIP - Own Salesforce configuration and automation related to O2C workflows. - Own CPQ configuration including product catalog, pricing models, discounting, approvals, and quote logic. - Own CLM workflows including contract templates, clause logic, approvals, and system-driven contract generation. - Ensure quotes and contracts are tightly aligned and enforced by systems (not manual workarounds). OWN THE OPPORTUNITY-TO-CASH SYSTEMS DOMAIN - Own the full lifecycle from Opportunity → Quote → Contract → Order → Billing. - Serve as the systems owner for Salesforce Opportunity, Quote, Order, and related objects. - Ensure data consistency, automation, and clear system-of-record definitions across all O2C systems. - Own roadmap and prioritization for the Opportunity-to-Cash systems domain. BILLING SYSTEMS & DATA ARCHITECTURE - Partner closely with Engineering to design and maintain billing data models and integrations. - Define how pricing, terms, entitlements, and contract data flow into billing systems. - Ensure billing data is accurate, auditable, and scalable as deal complexity grows. - Support Finance requirements for invoicing, reporting, and downstream revenue processes. SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATION & AUTOMATION - Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and integrations. - Maintain high data quality across Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, Orders, and Subscriptions. - Support complex or non-standard deals by improving system capabilities rather than creating one-offs. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP - Work closely with Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, RevOps leadership, and Engineering. - Translate business requirements into scalable system design. - Clearly document
