What You'll Do: - Lead the Financial Function: Own all FP&A and accounting operations with extreme precision — budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls. - Drive Strategic Decisions: Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape company strategy, guide resource allocation, and structure the business for long-term success. - Build for Scale: Streamline reporting, strengthen financial controls, enhance forecasting accuracy, and implement scalable systems and tooling across the finance function. - Lead Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Own our investor relationships and fundraising processes.
