As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs across our entire ecosystem, including Channel Partners, Strategic Alliances, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). In this role, you will be the primary voice of 1Password to our partner community. You will own the end-to-end partner communications engine, ensuring our diverse partner base is informed, inspired, and equipped to win. This is a high-impact role where you will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through global and regional partnerships. How we’re using AI today On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: - Experience: 6+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years specifically dedicated to partner marketing or ecosystem communications within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment. - Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing and editorial skills. You can distill complex technical security concepts into clear, actionable, and persuasive content for a global audience. - Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven success in building marketing programs that cater to the unique needs of Alliances, Channel Resellers, and MSPs. - Strategic Thinker: You understand the "big picture" of ecosystem growth and can translate high-level strategy into tactical execution. - Self-starter: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment and can own, manage, and complete multiple priorities across different stakeholder groups. - Tools: Proficiency with partner portal platforms (PRM), marketing automation tools, and CRM systems to drive and track engagement. What you can expect: - Partner Communication Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end communication roadmap for all partner types. This includes collaborating closely with Corporate Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Strategic Operations, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, and Sales to design and execute the partner communications program inclusive of critical product updates, executive-level ecosystem announcements, partner program information, and strategic initiatives. -
