As our Product Design Intern, you’ll partner closely with Product Designers with a primary focus on the Enterprise Password Manager to help enable admins to securely manage and protect their workforce. You’ll deeply understand our product and personas, and work on a variety of design problems with mentorship and guidance from embedded designers. This is a remote opportunity within Canada or the US. This position will be for 4 months - September to December 2026. What You Can Expect - Collaborate with Product Designers, Content Designers, Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Software Developers to understand and solve problems for customers - Develop concepts and prototypes using tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Figma Make, then translate validated ideas into high-fidelity designs and detailed feature specifications within our design system - Gather and incorporate feedback on your design work and share your feedback with other designers in weekly critique sessions - Partner with our research team to gather feedback from customers on design work through user research What We're Looking For - Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion. - Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them). - Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are. - Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
