About Again At Again we put CO₂ to good use. By combining millennia-old bacteria with cutting-edge technology, we turn CO₂ into carbon negative chemicals. Our novel biomanufacturing process collects the unavoidable carbon outputs from industry and reuses them to manufacture emission-free chemicals - a win-win for everyone. We’re leading the positive shift. Showing people that our world does have a future. If you think we’re doomed – think Again. What you'll do Analysis of sequencing data (RNA-Seq, whole-genome sequencing, metagenomics) Writing basic data wrangling and analysis scripts for different types of experimental data sets Performing literature research Reporting analysis results in a clear and concise manner 10-15 hours per week, consistent availability on 2 days a week Job requirements About you Undergraduate degree in a subject with both data science/coding and biology component (e.g. computational biology, bioinformatics, bioengineering with comp bio focus) Coding experience in R and/or Python and standard bioinformatics software for sequencing data analysis Understanding of best practices in data management and analysis Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently Preferred: Basic experience with cloud data storage and cloud computing Familiarity with microbiology and systems biology methods such as metabolic modelling What we promise you You get to work with a group of passionate scientists, working on challenging and meaningful projects.
