Mission: Essence of the Job We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is equal parts growth operator, analytical thinker, and hands-on executor. You’ll own top-of-funnel demand creation through paid channels, managing a multi-million dollar budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms. This role sits at the intersection of growth, revenue, and experimentation. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality MQLs and SQLs efficiently, continuously testing and iterating across audiences, messaging, offers, and channels — all while keeping a sharp eye on CAC, CPMQL, and CPSQL. Critically, you understand how to market into a PLG/self-serve funnel: driving qualified prospects to create accounts and activate in the platform, while knowing when to hand off to full-service for higher-complexity deals. You thrive in fast-moving environments, understand how marketing directly fuels revenue, and operate with urgency, adaptability, and accountability. Top 3 Priorities Own and scale paid demand generation programs focused on top-of-funnel demand creation. Efficiently manage and optimize a multi-million dollar paid media budget to hit CAC and pipeline targets. Design and run continuous experimentation across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers. Within 30 days: Ramp on BoomPop’s ICPs, personas, value propositions, and hybrid PLG/SLG motion. Deep dive into existing paid performance, funnel metrics, attribution, and historical learnings. Audit account structures, campaigns, targeting, creative, and landing pages across all paid channels. Build strong working relationships with Sales and RevOps. Within 60 days : Take full ownership of paid media strategy, execution, and optimization. Launch new experiments across channels, audiences, and messaging tied to ICP-specific use cases. Improve efficiency or volume across key funnel metrics (CPMQL, CPSQL, CAC). Establish a clear testing and reporting cadence to share insights and results with stakeholders. Within 90 days: Demonstrate measurable improvements in demand volume, efficiency, or lead quality, including self-serve account creation rates and downstream activation from paid channels. Scale winning experiments and sunset underperforming tactics decisively. Build a forward-looking paid growth roadmap aligned to revenue targets. Be a trusted thought partner to Revenue leadership on pipeline generation.
