Location: Pune, India (in-person role) Compensation: ₹15,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 annual salary The Role We are looking for talented Full Stack Developers (5+ years of experience) to join our growing team and take ownership of different parts of our stack. You will work alongside our engineering team in Pune and directly with the U.S. Engineering team on all aspects of product and application development. You’ll leverage your experience and abilities to inform decisions across product development and technology, and help us continue building the foundation of our Pune headquarters—its culture, its processes, and its practices. What Success Looks Like - You write, review, and ship code in production. Areas of Ownership Our hiring process is designed for you to demonstrate a generalist set of capabilities across the full stack, with particular strength in backend technologies. Successful candidates must have expertise in Python, Terraform, and GCP, as well as experience with some of the following: - Frontend Technologies: React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks - Backend Frameworks: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) - Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud (primary), AWS, or Azure - Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, Go - APIs: REST, gRPC, or GraphQL - Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or Firebase - CI/CD: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, or similar - Version Control: Git (expert level) - Testing: Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance - Architecture: Microservices architecture Required Experience - 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience - Deep expertise in Python, Terraform, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Proven track record building and shipping production applications end-to-end - Experience working in a collaborative, in-person engineering environment - Strong command of Git and modern CI/CD workflows - Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to cross-functional teamma
