We’re looking for a Senior AI Analyst to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale. We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising. Your Challenge As a Senior AI Analyst, you will get full ownership of our business data and will be expected to propose and conduct analyses that transform Seedtag’s data into significant business opportunities and KPI improvements. Proactive Analysis: You will analyse the performance of our current Contextual products and processes, proactively proposing initiatives that seek to improve Seedtag’s commercial and operational results. AI-Driven Automation: You will design, build, and deploy tools that automate internal processes, leveraging AI and Large Language Models (specifically Claude ) to scale the efficiency and efficacy of Seedtag teams. Data Democratization: You will help build tools and AI-assisted interfaces that enable the democratization of data inside the company, allowing Seedtag teams to gain instant visibility, surface business intelligence, and make informed, data-driven decisions. Strategic Partnership & Industry Growth: You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to solve complex use cases with data and AI, while building a solid knowledge of the adTech ecosystem and developing strong business acumen. What You’ll Need to Succeed Background: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering. Specific certifications/education in Data, Business Intelligence, or Artificial Intelligence are a plus. Experience: You have 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, either within a scale-up, corporate, or consulting setting. Core Data Stack: Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience working with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis, manipulation, and API integrations. Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., BigQuery , MySQL) and experience with ETL processes and tools. AI & Prompt Engineering: Proven experience or a strong knack for utilizing AI/LLMs (such as Claude ) to automate workflows, build internal analytical tools, and optimize business processes. Data Visualization: You have experience with tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar, and you have strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets. Business Acumen & Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business value. The ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify information needs, define requirements, and design AI-driven or analytical solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Must be located in Madrid, ESP. It would be a big plus if you: Have hands-on experience working with Claude (Anthropic) or other major LLMs to automate tasks, generate insights, or build internal prototypes.
