We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to lead engagements with Fortune 500 and high-growth enterprise customers. You will focus on net- new client acquisitions, developing trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders, and closing multi-million-dollar deals that drive significant ARR growth. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for solving customer challenges through access to elite technical talent. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Factored AI’s footprint across industries and enabling organizations to achieve their AI and data goals. Functional Responsibilities: Identify and engage decision-makers at enterprise companies, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure while developing long-term account strategies. Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their data and AI talent needs, and positioning Factored AI as the ideal partner. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track opportunities, accurately forecast revenue, and ensure disciplined deal progression. Lead contract negotiations with a focus on creating win-win outcomes, securing long-term partnerships, and fostering ongoing client trust. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and enterprise challenges in AI, ML, and data engineering. Partner with marketing, customer success, and internal talent teams to optimize customer outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: +7 years of experience focused on net-new logo acquisitions. 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a professional services, data and AI company. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of value-based selling. Experience closing large accounts with potential revenue of $5-$25 million. Familiarity with data science, machine learning, or engineering concepts is a strong plus. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for enterprise clients. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience influencing and partnering with senior-level executives. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
