THE ROLE Our Finance & Ops function is scaling alongside the business and you’ll be the founding member of the Strategic Finance team, reporting directly to our VP, Finance & Ops. This is a rare chance to help build the strategic backbone of a category-defining marketplace from the ground up. Strategic Finance at Agentio is an offensive function. Our job is not to find clever ways to spend less. It is to understand where capital can make the business move faster, then deploy it with precision. That means knowing the business cold: every input, output, constraint, and lever. Where is demand converting? Where is supply tight? Where is liquidity breaking? Where does one more dollar create compounding returns? The work is to find those moments before they are obvious, size them, fund them, and prove them. Agentio's growth depends on liquidity. Brands need to find the right creators. Creators need to deliver. Both sides need to come back. Strategic Finance puts a number on those dynamics and turns them into operating bets.
