End-to-End Program Leadership: Own the portfolio across first-, middle-, and last-mile. Define scope, OKRs, workstreams, and success metrics; lead planning, execution, launch, and stabilization. KR-to-TW Transition & Expansion: Lead a structured handover of existing TW last-mile reports from the KR team; design unified reporting that brings first-, middle-, and last-mile into a single end-to-end visibility framework. Operational Excellence & PDD Improvement: Partner with LOC specialists, hub managers, linehaul, sortation, and TW logistics leadership to prioritize defects, remove bottlenecks, and deliver measurable gains. Insight-to-Action Mechanisms: Build robust dashboards and operational reporting (Tableau/Power BI) to surface issues fast; convert analytics into clear decisions, owners, timelines, and SOP changes. Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Align on problem statements with partners (e.g., hub managers, Product, Engineering, Finance), decompose complex problems, and deliver structured analyses and recommendations. Simulation & Scenario Planning: Lead data simulations and sensitivity analyses for new initiatives (e.g., network design changes, volume shifts, cut-off adjustments), supporting fact-based trade-offs between service, speed, and cost. Risk & Change Management: Identify risks early, run mitigation plans, and manage stakeholder communications and change adoption at the field and leadership levels. Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Communicate crisply at all levels—from ops floors to executive forums—with narratives that clarify options, risks, and ROI. Basic Qualifications Experience: 6+ years in Program/Project Management or Analytics-driven Operations within logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or similar high-scale environments. Data & Tools: Strong ability to self-serve and validate data (SQL required). Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI. Experience with big data environments (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Airflow) is a plus. Python familiarity is a plus. Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-team initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings; strong risk management and dependency tracking. Problem Solving: Exceptional structured thinking and root cause analysis; ability to handle unstructured problems and convert into executable workstreams. Communication & Influence: Executive-ready written and verbal communication; adept at influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions without authority. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Logistics Domain Depth: Understanding of first/middle/last mile, hub operations, linehaul planning, route optimization, and PDD mechanics. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on with Python or statistical tooling for simulations, forecasting, and experiment design. Very proficient with Google sheets, Excel, SQL , Tableau and PowerBI Leadership: Experience mentoring Business Analysts and leading program workstreams across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
