Job Overview As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional technical programs with end-to-end accountability, focusing on enterprise initiatives including SAP S/4HANA transformation and related integrations. You will work closely with business leaders, SAP Solution Architecture, and engineering teams to define program strategy, align stakeholders, drive execution, and ensure delivery meets enterprise standards for performance, reliability, integration, and security. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver multiple large-scale technical programs end-to-end Drive strategic enterprise initiatives that improve core operations, with clear accountability and measurable outcomes. Partner with SAP Solution Architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and delivery plans for SAP S/4HANA transformation. Coordinate cross-team execution across SAP capabilities and dependent workstreams; manage sequencing and release readiness. Drive integration delivery between SAP S/4HANA and internal/3rd-party systems, ensuring dependency management and interface quality. Establish program mechanisms (cadence, dashboards, RAID, decision logs) and provide concise, executive-ready communications. Identify and mitigate risks early (scope, schedule, resourcing, integration, cutover, adoption); unblock teams through influence and escalation. Define and track success metrics; use data to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability. Ensure enterprise-grade launch readiness by aligning on non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, availability, security) and operational readiness. Standardize tools/processes to raise execution maturity and accelerate cross-functional delivery across tech, finance, legal, and operations. Contribute to ecosystem/architecture discussions to keep program decisions aligned with long-term enterprise direction. Qualifications 10+ years of Technical Program Management / Program Management experience with demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Excellent communication skills in English; Korean proficiency may be beneficial depending on stakeholder needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading enterprise transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA, including multi-system integration delivery and release readiness. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM and the cross-functional business processes they enable.
