Role Overview Coupang Ads is seeking a Director, Advertiser Growth & Marketing to lead advertiser growth across Korea and China. This leader will own strategy and execution across the advertiser lifecycle, driving acquisition, adoption, retention, and long-term revenue growth. This role leads a multi-disciplinary organisation spanning go-to-market, advertiser enablement, growth marketing, and insights. Partnering closely with Product, Sales, and senior leadership, this individual will translate customer insights into scalable programs and operating mechanisms that accelerate advertiser success and business performance. What You Will Do • Define and execute advertiser growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue • Shape go-to-market strategies for advertising products, including positioning, segmentation, and commercialization • Build scalable advertiser enablement programs including onboarding, education, and lifecycle engagement • Drive performance marketing and demand generation to grow a qualified advertiser base • Establish measurement frameworks that connect marketing investment to business outcomes • Translate data, customer insights, and market trends into clear actions and business recommendations • Represent advertiser needs and influence product, commercial, and customer experience decisions • Build and lead a high-performing organisation across growth marketing, GTM, and insights • Partner with Product, Sales, Strategy, and Finance to align priorities and drive execution • Establish operating mechanisms, forecasting, and performance management frameworks • Drive a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience • 8+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and cross-functional teams • Experience in high-growth technology, advertising, e-commerce, marketplace, or SaaS environments • Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into business impact • Proven track record of driving growth through marketing, customer lifecycle, or commercial strategy • Experience building measurement frameworks, forecasting, and KPI-driven operations • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in ambiguous environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience in advertising, ad-tech, retail media, or digital marketing • Expertise in advertiser growth, go-to-market strategy, and performance marketing • Experience partnering closely with sales organisations and owning revenue outcomes • Strong understanding of marketing technology, measurement, and attribution • Experience leading large, multi-functional teams • MBA or equivalent advanced degree pr
