What you'll do We’re looking for a Legal Associate to join Clara’s Legal team in Colombia. You’ll play a key role in ensuring Clara’s local operations remain compliant, well-documented, and legally sound. Working closely with our Legal Lead and global teams, you'll manage operational legal work that supports our business goals while reducing risks. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, and corporate documentation Providing legal support across internal teams — especially Sales , Finance , and Operations Supporting Clara’s compliance with Colombian regulations, especially related to data protection and AML frameworks Managing communications and deadlines with regulatory bodies, including the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia , with support from senior counsel Assisting in responses to administrative requests, legal notifications, and pre-litigation matters Maintaining up-to-date legal files and records across tools like Google Drive and Slack Collaborating with the global Legal team to align on standards and policies across LatAm This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone early in their legal career looking to grow inside a mission-driven fintech company. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
