Ready to accelerate your career? Clara is the fastest-growing company in Latin America. We've built the leading solution for companies to make and manage all their payments. We already help over 20,000 large and growing businesses operate with agility and financial clarity through locally issued corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a powerful B2B platform built for scale. Clara is backed by some of the most successful investors in the world, including top regional VCs like monashees, Kaszek, and Canary, and leading global funds like Notable Capital, Coatue, DST Global Partners, ICONIQ Growth, General Catalyst, Citi Ventures, SV Angel, Citius, Endeavor Catalyst, and Goldman Sachs - in addition to dozens of angel investors and local family offices. We’re building the financial infrastructure that powers high-performing organizations across the region. We invite you to join us if you want to be part of a fast-paced environment that will accelerate your career and support you to do some of the best work of your life alongside a passionate and committed team distributed across the Americas. What you'll do: We're looking for a Data Storytelling & Brand Insights Specialist to bridge the gap between deep analytical thinking and high-impact editorial narrative. In this role, you will be a key driver of Clara’s external communication, transforming complex data points, macroeconomic trends, and fintech metrics into compelling, news-worthy stories that solidify Clara as the leading spend management platform in Latin America. You’ll have access to Clara proprietary data sources and complement it with external data. You are someone who is "chronically online"—hyper-aware of digital trends, platform algorithms, and shifting market conversations—and you know how to hijack those moments using data as your anchor. Working at the intersection of PR and Social Media, you will collaborate closely with internal PR Specialists, Data Engineering, and regional Growth teams to extract proprietary insights and package them into viral social content, interactive reports, and tier-1 media hooks that position Clara at the center of the conversation. Your responsibilities will include: Data Mining for Content: Mine and analyze datasets (internal transaction trends, market research, and social media metrics) to uncover unique hooks and insights about corporate spending specifically and business/financial trends more generally. Data Storytelling & Visualization: Translate complex financial statistics and data patterns into clear, beautiful, and highly engaging visual narratives for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, PR pitches, and whitepapers. Trend Hijacking & Social Listening: Monitor the tech and financial landscape daily to spot trending topics and instantly turn them into high-impact, data-backed commentary for Clara’s corporate profiles. Internal PR Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal PR Specialists to build data-driven press releases, economic indices, and investigative-style corporate reports that capture the attention of tier-1 business journalists. Automation & Efficiency: Utilize advanced automation/AI tools to scrape, clean, and process social media texts, images, and data networks efficiently. Content Portfolio Management: Use AI tools to maintain a high standard of visual and textual execution, ensuring all data-driven corporate campaigns balance high financial intellect with modern digital formats. Who you are: We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Must haves: Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Data Journalism, Corporate Brand Storytelling, PR Insights, or Content Strategy, ideally within a Fintech, SaaS, or tech-forward agency.
