The tools you'll ship will be used every day by every backend and web engineer at Qonto — this is one of the most direct and measurable impact loops you'll find in a fintech engineering team. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Software Engineer — Engineering Efficiency at Qonto, you will Build trust, not just tools : You run proactive discovery conversations, keep stakeholders in the loop at every step, and turn releases into moments of clarity with communication that leads with value.
