In this role, you will own the evolution and scaling of our savings and investment proposition for SMEs and sole traders, with pensions/SIPPs as an initial focus area. You aren't just building a ‘feature’—you are helping to build a financial ecosystem that enables members to put surplus cash to work, grow long-term wealth, and manage their money with confidence As a Lead PM, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and technical execution. You will set the roadmap for the Wealth pillar, balancing short-term commercial growth with long-term technical scalability and regulatory excellence. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features, being accountable for commercial and product success metrics. As Lead Product Manager, Savings & Wealth Services, you will: Own the Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for savings, investment accounts, and related wealth services, with pensions/SIPPs as an early focus and the potential to scale across markets over time. End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead full-cycle product management—from discovery and partner negotiation to delivery, launch, and optimization across web and mobile. Commercial Accountability: Define and deliver against key metrics including Deposits, Activation, Retention, Funded Accounts, Assets Under Administration/Management, and Cross-sell efficiency. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Finance to deliver high-quality, compliant features in a complex regulatory environment. Data-Driven Innovation: Build and run a rigorous test-and-learn program (A/B testing, MVT) to inform prioritization and friction-free user journeys. Partnership Management: Act as the primary technical and product lead for banking, savings, and investment partners, including relevant third-party platform providers. Voice of the Member: Segment customers and use deep analytics to understand SME cash-flow, savings, and investment needs, ensuring our wealth products solve real-world member problems and support better financial outcomes. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 7-10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years specifically within Savings, Deposits, Wealth, or Treasury products. Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of savings and/or investment products, product economics, and the regulatory frameworks governing customer outcomes, client assets, and financial promotions (e.g. FCA/CASS or regional equivalents).
