WHAT DOES A PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER HAVE TO DO WITH IT? The People Team is dedicated to building an award-winning team that will solve one of the biggest challenges of our generation. You will be the strategic partner to our GTM organisation; Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, which is almost half of Accurx. Reporting to the Head of People, you will align people initiatives with GTM priorities, acting as a trusted advisor who drives outcome-led practices that foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. With AI curiosity at the centre of our business transformation, you will play a vital role in helping the business transition through the change-curve.
