About the Role As a Software Engineer on the Customer Lifecycle team, you’ll build and evolve the systems that power how we measure, monetize, and optimize the customer journey end-to-end. You’ll partner closely with Finance Systems, RecTech, Analysts, Data & ML Engineers, Product, and Platform teams to turn lifecycle data into reliable, actionable insights and scalable billing capabilities. Your work will enable accurate usage capture, transparent reporting, and self-service analytics, helping drive a more data-informed organization and directly supporting the growth and effectiveness of our AI and Core product experiences. What You’ll Accomplish Partner with cross functional teams to define requirements Develop data models to support data integration pipelines with external systems, such as ERPs and CRMS Design dimensional data models and build scalable data pipelines Ingest data from third party applications & in-house data stores Support internal and external reporting metrics creation Improve code quality through code reviews, testing, and advocating for best practices Your Expertise You have 2+ years of data engineering experience You are proficient with SQL and Python You have experience with ETL/ELT development You are a team player with strong collaboration and communication skills You are excited by new technologies, but are conscious of choosing them for the right reasons Self Starter with a high desire to learn Nice to Haves You have experience with Airflow You have experience with AWS You have experience with DBT You have experience with Snowflake Java/Spring Boot experience You'll get competitive perks and benefits , from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
