About the Role Attentive is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead high-impact internal product initiatives for Enterprise Technology, Security (IT, Business Systems, and Security teams). This person will own the definition, prioritization, and delivery of products and workflows that reduce manual work, improve employee experience, strengthen security, and help internal teams operate at scale. This is not an engineering role, but it does require strong technical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to partner deeply with engineers, security leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders. You will turn ambiguous internal problems into clear product strategies, scoped milestones, measurable outcomes, and durable operating models. What You’ll Accomplish Own Internal Product Strategy Identify high-value opportunities across the business where better systems, automation, AI workflows, or process design can materially improve the business. Clearly articulate user problems, business impact, risks, and solution options. Build roadmaps that balance speed, security, scalability, employee experience, and operational cost. Drive Cross-Functional Execution Lead multi-team initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurement. Break complex work into clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and decision points. Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, Business Systems, Legal, Finance, Revenue, Support, and other internal teams to drive alignment and execution. Communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to working teams and senior leadership. Shape Automation and AI-First Workflows Partner with technical teams to identify workflows that can be simplified, automated, or replaced with AI-enabled systems. Define requirements, success metrics, guardrails, and adoption plans for automation and internal tooling. Ensure solutions are measurable, reliable, secure, and usable by the teams they support. Bring expert perspective to ensure internal sources of business intelligence (e.g., Snowflake data, SaaS platform context) are structured, mapped, and have a clear semantic layer to be reliably consumed by LLMs and AI Agents. Improve How Work Gets Done Use process as a tool to create clarity, not as process for its own sake. Build lightweight mechanisms that help teams make better decisions, reduce ambiguity, and move faster with quality. Simplify complex technical and operational systems into understandable product experiences. Lead Through Influence Serve as a trusted partner to peer team leaders across Enterprise Technology, Security, IT, Engineering, and Business Systems. Guide debates toward clear decisions, then communicate and support those decisions. Coach teams on strong product thinking, customer empathy, risk management, and outcome-b
