About the Job Opportunity PartsSource is seeking a dynamic Imaging Product Specialist to join our North American Imaging (NAI) team. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor connecting healthcare organizations across diagnostic imaging (X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI) with best-in-class supplies, accessories, and equipment that enable accurate and cost-effective patient care. You'll develop and grow customer relationships by proactively identifying their challenges, recommending tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless procurement and delivery. This is a results-driven, customer-facing position ideal for a sales-savvy professional who combines clinical knowledge with consultative selling skills and a passion for healthcare impact. Success means building strong customer partnerships, consistently exceeding sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM data, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. What You'll Do Drive Customer Relationships & Growth Proactively identify and contact key decision-makers within existing and new customer accounts in the imaging space. Develop and execute account strategies to expand customer relationships, increase product adoption, and grow account revenue. Qualify sales opportunities, present solutions aligned with customer needs, and negotiate terms to close deals. Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer business objectives and delivering consistent value. Deliver Expert Solutions Through Market Knowledge Develop deep knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities (X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI, CT) and related product offerings. Assess customer goals and challenges, then recommend PartsSource solutions that address their operational and financial needs. Communicate product value propositions clearly and persuasively to clinical and procurement stakeholders. Support customers in sourcing, pricing, and procurement of imaging parts, supplies, and specialized services. Optimize Sales Processes & Performance Maintain accurate, timely customer records and opportunity tracking in Salesforce (CRM). Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and process efficiencies. Provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing strategy.
