About Actively AI Actively AI is defining a new category: Intelligence-Led Revenue. Revenue organizations have always been bottlenecked on human capacity. Reps triage which accounts get attention. Context disappears at every handoff. On any given day, the vast majority of accounts have exactly zero people thinking about them. Actively addresses this at the structural level. Our platform deploys Per-Account AgentsTM across our customers’ TAM, working 24/7 to research, identify opportunities, and advance next steps without being asked. Leading enterprises including Ramp, Ironclad, and Samsara are already making this shift. Our co-founders are former Stanford AI researchers, and the team comes from Harvard, CMU, Berkeley, Brex, Scale AI, and Google. We've raised $68M from TCV, First Harmonic, Bain Capital Ventures, First Round Capital, and more. About the Role We have an ambitious product shape and surface area across multiple personas, multiple interfaces, with a ton of complexity behind the scenes due to the agentic nature of our product. The right product shape is incredibly important and something we think a lot about. For the first time, software is now non-deterministic, has human-level intelligence, and can get better as you use it. How users teach and interact with agents is probably going to be different than with other software, and is still very much an open question . As a Staff Product Designer, you will help define greatness here. This is an incredibly important and uniquely high-ownership role to help shape AI agents in production for some of the largest companies out there, powering one of the most important functions of their business (making revenue!). What You'll Do: Solve for the customer: We serve multiple stakeholders – ICs (SDRs, AEs, CSMs, AMs), leaders, internal AI teams, etc. Each of these has a unique set of needs and product challenges. Innovate: AI Agents represent a new frontier. Discovering new tools and processes for building agents will be among the defining characteristics of the next generation of companies. End-to-End Ownership : Drive the entire design process from concept to execution to iteration, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners. Collaborate Across Teams : Partner closely with engineering, product, leadership, and the entire company to define and build a seamless and cohesive experience. Gather Feedback : Get your hand dirty with customer feedback and usability testing to gather insights and iterate to ensure we solve user problems effectively. Build Design Systems : Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms. What You'll Bring: Proven Experience: 4+ years of extensive experience in UI/UX design for a complex (AI + data-rich) user-facing product, with background leading design projects from ideation to launch. Curiosity: Passion for deeply understanding user needs and finding the right solutions from first principles. Full-Stack Design: Visual design is the baseline. You should be fluent in creating beautiful, high-quality designs—working end-to-end from shaping product direction to defining the right interactions and ensuring every pixel is crafted with care. AI-Pilled: Spend a lot of time thinking and designing at the frontier - have strong beliefs about what design in the agent era could look like. Very willing to try, learn, and update priors. Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems, design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders. Research Skills : Experience gathering customer feedback, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma paired with ability to code as needed. Adaptability and Resilience : Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity with grace. Even better... E
