About the Role: As the Manager, Delivery in our Professional Services organization, your mission is to lead a cross-functional delivery POD composed of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Application Support Engineers. You will drive constant improvement in the time to take new clients live and continually improve the processes used so as to allow the team to scale delivery faster than associated costs. Success in this role is defined by your ability to successfully hire, coach, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary POD while driving utilization, profit, margin, client satisfaction, and SOW/sales aspects of a rapidly growing professional services organization. You are not expected to perform each underlying discipline’s function, but rather to manage the work across the POD, facilitate process improvement and adherence, and partner with solution architects, process standards, and technical leadership to ensure delivery excellence. What You'll Do: ● Lead and manage a cross-functional delivery POD composed of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Application Support Engineers, ensuring alignment across disciplines to deliver client implementations on time and within scope ● Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members across multiple disciplines including project management, business analysis, and application support engineering, fostering career growth and professional development within the POD ● Facilitate process improvement and adherence across the POD by partnering with solution architects, process standards teams, and technical leadership to ensure consistent delivery methodologies and quality standards ● Manage and oversee POD workload across project management, requirements analysis, data mapping, template design, and application support activities, ensuring balanced utilization and timely delivery without needing to perform each function directly ● Utilize relevant implementations experience and knowledge to actively identify areas of improvement and operational efficiencies across the consolidated POD structure, enabling scalable delivery and reduced reliance on siloed handoffs ● Manage a seamless handoff of clients to the support organization when appropriate, coo
