What You’ll Work On As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Justworks, you’ll play a key role in growing our outbound pipeline and generating new business opportunities. You will: Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within your assigned territory or segment Research and identify prospective customers using a combination of data, tools, and market signals Execute outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage decision-makers Generate qualified sales conversations and build pipeline for Account Executives Learn and effectively use modern sales tools and workflows to improve productivity and outreach quality Conduct thoughtful, value-driven conversations focused on understanding customer needs Develop expertise in Justworks, our product suite, and the broader HR/PEO landscape Continuously refine your messaging, prospecting approach, and workflow efficiency Your Success Profile We’re looking for individuals who embody our core values and demonstrate curiosity, ownership, adaptability, coachability, collaboration, and a strong customer mindset.
