You are joining a People Operations team with a clear ambition: move from a predominantly administrative function to a true business partner. That means rethinking how we operate, automating what can be automated, and using data to drive real decisions. As Senior People Operations Specialist, you will be the functional expert and operational backbone of the team. You will own France payroll governance, HRIS excellence, and People analytics, while coaching and supporting the rest of the team. You report to the Manager, People Operations & C&B and work closely with Finance, Legal, and People Partners across our 8-country EMEA organization. Our tools: Lucca, BambooHR, Silae (outsourced payroll), Siit, Dust (AI & automation), Google Workspace. Your responsibilities Payroll Governance – France Act as the subject matter expert for France payroll processes (400 employees). Oversee the preparation of variable payroll elements and ensure their accuracy. Guarantee the compliance and quality of data submitted to our payroll provider. Anticipate and document the impact of legal and practice changes on payroll. Lead payroll audits and controls related to payroll and personnel administration. HRIS & process excellence Act as the functional expert for our HRIS (BambooHR) and People tools. Design, maintain, and optimize HR workflows. Lead automation projects across People Operations processes. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive their implementation. Ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of HR data. People analytics & reporting Build and maintain HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll costs). Produce regular reports to support the monitoring of key HR indicators, supported by AI and automated dashboards. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. Contribute to specific processes such as annual bonus calculations and compensation plan follow-up with the Manager, People Ops & C&B.
