About your team and your mission At GitGuardian, the Design team builds security products used daily by technical teams worldwide. Our mission: turn complex security challenges into clear, actionable experiences. You'll join a team of 9 (PMs, Product Designers) where design directly impacts our users' security posture. Your role: design interfaces that help them detect, prioritize, and resolve security incidents with minimal friction. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to take GitGuardian's user experience to the next level. You'll balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to align with the company's strategic goals. Your main responsibilities will be to: Make autonomous design decisions that contribute to OKRs and move key metrics. Partner with product leadership to influence the roadmap Build strong partnerships with PMs and Engineering to define, scope, and ship high-impact features. Conduct user research and discovery sessions, using behavioral data to validate hypotheses with Sales Engineering and Customer Success. Transform complex ideas into simple, understandable solutions. Present design work clearly and articulate the reasoning behind your decisions. Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and specifications with attention to detail. Contribute to the continuous evolution and maintenance of our design system. Champion design excellence by sharing best practices, mentoring designers to shape the team's culture and elevate its craft. About you Here's what we consider essential for success in this role: Fluent English to conduct user interviews and collaborate with stakeholders 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or products for technical users is a must Deep UX and UI knowledge with a passion for craft Track record designing complex B2B SaaS for Enterprise customers Being comfortable designing information-dense interface Being proficient with Figma and prototyping tools Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and connect them to business problems Being autonomous managing multiple projects simultaneously The interview process At GitGuardian, we are committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
