ABOUT US At Hiya, we're making calls safe, useful, and human again. Voice is the most human form of communication, yet it's become one of the least trusted. Spam, scams, and AI manipulation have eroded what was once a simple way to connect. Hiya is changing that. Each month our AI voice technology analyzes 28+ billion calls, protecting over 550 million users and 800+ businesses worldwide. Partnering with a growing global network including, AT&T, Samsung, British Telecom EE, Rogers, MasOrange,Bell Canada, MasMovil, and Virgin Media O2, we're not just stopping bad actors, we're helping people feel good and confident about picking up the phone again. This is a pivotal moment for voice. As new threats and technologies accelerate, so does demand for trusted voice communication. Hiya is growing 40%+ year over year, expanding globally, and defining what voice becomes next. Join us. The core of this role is not aimed at managing a backlog, running sprint plannings and standups and writing PRDs. This is a role that needs to be close to our customers to understand what they want, transform uncertainty into clarity, connect dots, build a product vision and execute it. You will own the product end-to-end. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Talk a lot to customers (telecom operators) and understand what they want and why. - Form a product vision to solve our customers and users problems. - Prioritize ruthlessly, say “no” a lot and make sure that everyone (team, customers and internal stakeholders) understands what we are doing and why. - Work closely with other teams at Hiya, in particular: - With our Engineering team to execute the vision, being hands on, setting priorities and prototyping ideas yourself. Sometimes creating your own PRs. - With our Research team to prioritze our model training roadmap. - With our Revenue team to uncover customer needs, price our products and support them in customer-facing meetings and events. - With our Legal team to understand how regulation shapes our product. - With our Finance team to work on our product economics, business cases and investment decisions. This is role is for you if: - You have at least one of the following experiences: (1) worked in product management at a venture-backed startup, (2) you have been a founder or early employee in a startup and were close to the product or (3) you have been a management consultant (MBB) and can prove that tech is not a new thing to you. - You likely have a technical background either by education or professionally. - You have a strong sense of urgency when you execute and instill that to the people that surround you. - The idea of building AI solutions that will impact millions of people in their day-to-day communications excites you. - You are comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty and you embrace autonomy, charting
