What You’ll Do Compliance & ID Verification - Send ID checks and client care letters via our e-verification system (Legl) - Troubleshoot client issues and review verification results - Certify ID for clients using paper-based checks - Learn what qualifies as valid ID and source of funds documentation File Opening & Admin - Open and manage new legal files in LEAP - Ensure compliance requirements are completed accurately - Support both consultants and the internal legal team Consultant & Team Support - Help onboard new consultants and provide professional, friendly support - Build strong working relationships across the business - Respond to queries by email, phone, or Teams - Collaborate with teammates to manage priorities and meet deadlines What You'll Bring - Experience working within an admin, operational or customer support role - A g
