ABOUT US Founded in 2019 and part of Y Combinator's 2020 cohort, Photoroom https://www.photoroom.com is the leading visual solution for e-commerce. We've raised Series B funding and reached 300+ million users worldwide, processing over 5 billion images annually and serving both small businesses and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our mobile app, web platform, and API. We're a remote-friendly team of 100+ passionate builders giving e-commerce businesses superpowers to create visuals that help them grow, making the hardest parts of selling online disappear. We focus on craft, innovation, and collaboration, creating exceptional impact for e-commerce businesses worldwide. ROLE SUMMARY We're looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Meta — Photoroom's largest paid channel — as we shift toward acquiring SMBs at scale. You'll drive spend, ROAS, and SMB growth on Meta and act as the connective tissue between paid acquisition and our in-house creative team, turning performance signals into the creative hypotheses that win. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Creative team, our Data/measurement function, and Product. Compensation: 60,000€ to 70,000€ + Stock-Options/BSPCE Location (EMEA): Remote with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed). We can hire people already based in selected countries only: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK ABOUT THE ROLE - Own and scale Meta (7-figure monthly budget), consistently hitting ROAS and LTV:CAC targets while accelerating the shift of spend toward SMB/business audiences. - Drive the creative feedback loop end-to-end: mine Meta performance for what wins and what loses, generate creative hypotheses, and give the in-house creative team structured, data-backed direction so the pipeline of winning ads never runs dry. - Build and run a high-velocity testing engine across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and micro-personas — shipping fast to learn and compounding insights into the SMB pivot. - Connect channel performance to unit economics and incrementality, partnering on attribution and measurement so spend decisions reflect true incremental value rather than last-click. - Work AI-native: build your own tooling and automations to make UA faster and more autonomous (we're an AI company — internal tools, automation, and agentic workflows are encouraged and celebrated here). ABOUT YOU - 4+ years in performance marketing with deep, hands-on Meta expertise, managing six-figure monthly budgets against LTV:CAC targets. - A proven track record of partnering closely with creative teams. You don't just consume creative, you generate hypotheses from data, brief, and close the loop. - Strong analytical depth: comfortable with attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, and able to tie channel decisions to business outcomes. - High agency and ownership: you take ambiguous, undefined problems and drive them through to shipped outcomes without waiting to be told. - A candid, collaborative, team-first operator who makes the people around you better. You communicate openly, give and take feedback well, and strengthen the whole team. - An AI-native way of working — you build tools and automate workflows (e.g. with Claude Code or similar) rather than waiting on eng/data. - [Nice-to-have] Experience marketing to SMBs or in PLG/SaaS (Canva, Shopify, Wix, Vista-type environments). If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit. BENEFITS - Work flexibly from one of our core countries: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK - Regular team gatherings, including in-person onboarding in Paris (1-2 weeks), yearly company offsite and team retreat, quarterly in-person meetings (monthly during probation period), and social events like winter party and hackathons. - 30 days annual leave plus local public holidays - Competitive equit
